The Personal Information
Protection Act ("the Act") regulates private sector
organizations in British Columbia that collect, use and
disclose personal information. "Personal Information" means
all information about an identifiable individual. The
MacIsaac Group of Law Firms recognizes the importance of
privacy and the sensitivity of personal information received
by us.
Our professional obligation has always been to maintain the
confidentiality of client information and we recognize our
obligations concerning the personal information of all
individuals that we collect, use or disclose in our
practice. This privacy policy has been developed with those
obligations in mind.
