Chris Sinclare started his law practice in the Comox Valley in 1981 along with his partner, the late George Muir. Although his main focus has always been family law, his practice does include foreclosure and general litigation. Chris' other interests include coaching High School Football in the Comox Valley, maintaining and buffing his two olde English cars and relaxing with family at his lakeside cottage.

After articling at Russell & DuMoulin in Vancouver, Bob Bush came home to the Comox Valley and joined the firm of Muir Sinclare. In 1996, Bob became a partner of the firm, Muir Sinclare Bush & Company. A litigation lawyer to the core, his main focus remains ICBC/insurance claims, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents and general civil litigation. He is a member of the B.C. Trial Lawyers Association, and is a certified Advanced Civil Litigation Mediator. Bob is very proud of the Comox Valley and is actively involved in promoting Valley interests. Along with this, Bob is a dedicated family man and an avid fisherman.
